Rick Hunley, Owner of Country Living Mortgage It has always been my goal to make the home buying and home building processes as simple as possible. Country Living Mortgage is the first and oldest full service mortgage company in Waller County. We also do a tremendous amount of business in our neighboring counties: Grimes, Austin, Washington, Montgomery, and Harris counties.     I have over 25 years of professional service.  I spent several years as a consultant for Great Western Bank, at that time the 2nd largest savings bank in the United States. Prior to opening Country Living Mortgage, in 1998, I was Senior Vice President for the largest mortgage company in the state of Texas.  My responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of 28 branch locations. I am very active in my community.  I serve on the Crime Stoppers Board of Directors.  I am the Financial Officer for Grimes and Waller County's Texas Rural Water Board of Directors.   I solely fund our local Crisis Hotline benefiting our citizens in need.  I am very much dedicated to the youth in our communities through support of Little League Baseball and Softball organizations, Future Farmers of America (FFA), Athletic and Academic Booster Clubs as well as being a Site Based Commitee Member serving our local School Administration. I enjoy horseback riding, reading, photography, my work, family and making others smile.

Leon Overby, Sr. Vice President I have been a resident of Waller County since 1967 and served Waller County in the financial services industry for over 36 years. I spent 20 years with the Guaranty Bond State Bank of Waller as a consumer, commercial and real estate lender, several years as President of First Bank, Waller and later as a consumer and commercial lender in the Hempstead market. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Deacon and active member of Waller Baptist Church and a life member of the National Guard Association of Texas. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Louisiana Tech in Ruston, Louisiana. I enjoy golfing, gardening, and spending time with my grandchildren. My wife Martha and I, live at the Waller Country Club.
